Preheat your oven to 135?C2. In a large mixing bowl add 1 cup granulated sugar and the cream cheese, mix on low speed until the cream cheese is smooth and soft, now add the sour cream and mix until well blended, then add the eggs, mix for 2 minutes, then add the heavy whipping cream, flour and cocoa, mix on a higher speed until creamy and smooth. 3. Now the mixture should be fluffy.
